Chinese Painting for Beginners
Mr. Chi Man (Oliver) Chan graduated from Hong Kong University. He received the Gold Award in the 2002 International Painting and Calligraphy Aesthetic Competition. Mr. Chan was a member of the Visual Art group of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. He now teaches advanced classes in Chinese calligraphy and Chinese ink and wash paintings.
In the classes, you will learn techniques in ink and wash painting. You will also learn how to use basic calligraphy strokes to create Chinese writing as an art form.
