Council

The Council is responsible for the governance of the organisation, overseeing the performance of the management. The Council sets and monitors the strategic direction and is accountable to the Members of the Association

 Members

Members enjoy the rights and have obligations and duties defined in the Association’s constitution and byelaws. Members must act in good faith in support of the Association and its interests.

Voting Members

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to become a Voting Member of the Association.

 

Voting members are admitted by the Council.  They have the right and duty to attend and vote at General Meetings of the Association.

Associate Members

Anyone can apply to become an Associate Member. 

 

Associate Members pay an annual fee as determined by the Council from time to time. They can enjoy the services and facilities provided by the Association at preferential rates (if any).

 

Associate Members do not have the right and duty to attend and vote at General Meetings of the Association.
