Tai Chi

Accessible to all ages and abilities, Tai Chi improves balance and mental focus.
18 Forms: Gentle movements and deep breathing, ideal for seniors or those with limited mobility.
24 Forms: More complex, vigorous movements designed for advanced practitioners.
