Tai Chi (18 and 24 Forms)
Tai Chi practice is accessible to all ages and physical abilities
Tai Chi 18 Forms combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. They are well suited to older adults and people with minor mobility problems.
Tai Chi 24 Forms, which consists of more complex, vigorous movements, are for advanced learners.
