Nature Walks

Walking in nature can have surprisingly positive effects on your health and wellbeing. Not only the body will benefit from a good exercise, but it has also been found that spending more time in nature help with mental health. 

Day trips to scenic walking trails are organised in warmer weather.  It can be a great way to socialise, escape the busy city life and reconnect with nature.
