Practicing yoga can help you calm your mind and keep your body healthy
Lynn Mok has been teaching Indian Yin Yang Yoga in Chinese centres in Hounslow and Chinatown for over 20 years. The general poses are relatively gentle and focus on body coordination. Through different yoga poses, the functions of various parts of the body are enhanced, muscles are strengthened and the ability to stretch is restored. In addition, the body is kept in balance. At the same time, immunity is increased, blood circulation is enhanced, and the body and mind are relaxed. As well as yoga, students are taught about acupoints and meridians in the body and some basic health massage techniques.

Class A: 10.00am–11.00am
Class B: 11.10am–12.10pm
